Dreams

Everybody dreams a dream,
Either it's something they wish to be,
Or something they will never see,
Everybody dreams a dream.

I have a dream,
To live a life in which I can be,
Be the me I wish to be,
That is my one real dream.

But rarely do we live our dreams,
So I have to be what other want to see,
And so I never really get to be me,
I'm only me in my dreams.
